Shipping policy
4.1 Shipping destinations
We ship to:
- Greece (nationwide, including the islands)
- Cyprus
- European Union (all member states)
For shipping outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order at info@yloma.gr.
4.2 Delivery times

| EU (outlying regions) | 7–14 business days |
Delivery times run from order confirmation. For custom products with name engraving, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production.
4.3 Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €150 (Greece)
- Flat-rate charge for orders under €150 (calculated at checkout, depending on the zone and weight)
- Cyprus & EU: A flat-rate charge depending on the destination country and weight
The exact cost is displayed before you finalise your order.
4.4 Courier companies
We work with reliable carriers: ELTA Courier, ACS, Speedex and DHL (for the EU).
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
4.5 Receiving your order
On delivery, check the packaging. If there is visible damage:
- Record the damage on the delivery note
- Photograph the packaging before opening it
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@yloma.gr
4.6 Delays
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated times, we will inform you by email. Delays due to force majeure (weather conditions, carrier strikes or customs) are not considered our responsibility.
4.7 Incorrect address
Please check the delivery address carefully. If an order has to be resent because the customer provided an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply.
